NIKE TOTAL TENNIS CAMPS
NIKE TENNIS + ENGLISH CAMPS
For 10 – 17 year old boys and girls 6 or 13 nights
Players spend half the day on court and the other half learning English.
NOT SURE WHICH TO CHOOSE?
Residential hockey camps for 11 – 17 year olds at Charterhouse School. For boys and girls.
The Nike Total Tennis Camp programme is most suited to players who are used to playing a lot of sport. We have different camp venues for different playing levels but across all the camps, players need to be quite fit to get the most out of the Total Tennis programme. We constantly monitor the welfare and energy levels of the kids, however the schedule is intensive with around 6 hours of training each day. Players do not need to be fluent in English to take the Total Tennis programme. Our coaches are experienced in coaching players who have lower levels of English, and you will find players improve their English on this programme too because all the camp’s activities are delivered in English.
Taking English alongside tennis can be a great option for players who have English as a second language, and those looking for a less intensive tennis experience. Splitting the day between tennis and English lessons, our professional teachers make lessons fun, interactive and challenging for students of every level. Lessons revolve around the subjects of sport and tennis, engaging the class in a topic they are passionate about.
